Obama White House Intervened To Get Loan For Questionable Solar Energy Firm

Report: Obama White House Intervened To Get Loan For Questionable Solar Energy Firm

The investigation into the federally guaranteed loans to the now-bankrupt solar energy firm Solyndra has already begin, and ABC News reports that House investigators the White House became directly involved in the loan application process in order assist Solyndra in obtaining the loans that it has now defaulted on:
House investigators said they have uncovered evidence that White House officials became personally involved in an Energy Department review of a hot-button $535 million loan guarantee to the now-failed California solar company Solyndra.

The allegation surfaced in a letter House Energy Committee Chairman Fred Upton (R-Mich.) sent to the White House Thursday night, saying he planned to accelerate efforts to understand an investment deal that may have left taxpayers out half a billion dollars. more here

Alternative energy needs to fail, what better way than to waste taxpayer's money doing it. Solar energy in California has had some success, but look at what was done in the energy bubble there a while ago. Oil and gas companies are usually behind these things. Obama is nothing more than a house boy set up to do the bidding for banks and the oil and gas companies. He let BP walk away from their oil spill disaster as well as he bailed out banks. That should have put them out of business. Instead? They're Grossing out Cape Vincent and so many other towns in NNY. Get the Federal Government out of the pockets of it's own citizens? Lotsa luck. I just remember the Bush/Barrick Mining story. I'm still disgusted at that.

If mankind can be convinced that evil is behind the world's problems they are less likely to believe they can do anything about it. Cape Vincent has an opportunity to see for itself that evil is a simple matter of a few power hungry people who would like you to believe that. Defeat them, and the lesson will be learned. In my own estimation, if the biggest "evil", BP, is defeated, the next in line will run away between BP's legs. Probably literally.
