Vestas is investigating this fire as well as another incident resulting in the injury of a worker at the Macarthur Wind Farm, in Australia
“Vestas can confirm that the injured worker was not crushed by a wind turbine or a wind turbine blade,” the company said in a statement.

How reassuring to the worker's family. He wasn't crushed, just squashed after leaping from the top of a 400 ft blazing turbine.
In an act of unrivaled corporate compassion and sensitivity Vestas sent a 50 inch flatscreen to the family to compensate them for their loss, while also suggesting the packaging could be used for a sarcophagus. What a great idea!
