Open house event in Cape Vincent
Cape Vincent – the village and town boards of Cape Vincent, the Cape Vincent local Development Corporation and local realtors, are hosting an open house day on Sunday, June 10, noon to 3 PM properties in a variety of styles and price ranges listed with realty companies will be open for inspection.The open house headquarters will be at the Cape Vincent community house on market Street. Representatives from various community groups such as the thousand Island school district, Cape Vincent health clinic, and the chamber of commerce will be available to answer questions about the community and its resources.

Great opportunity for bargains and investment.
The market is down 10%. then add 30% more for Cape Vincent and Wolfe wind island farm impacts.
Offer 60% of the asking price. Then fight like hell to keep industrial wind from the beautiful Cape Vincent region.
Wolfe Island will lie in ruin in a few short years.
Just be careful how the project is explained to you. At least one Cape village dealer does not give very honest answers to the wind reality. Shop for the dealer as well as the property.
