Chandler's TOP SECRET Development Strategy

BP’s  project manager Richard Chandler  submitted a comment letter to the Public Service Commission informing them that BP Wind Energy is seeking an Article 10 process that will facilitate its development and construction of their Cape Vincent Wind project.
At this point BP’s actions are unpredictable, will they ignore Cape Vincent’s new zoning regulations and seek an article 10 process? Or will they challenge our revised zoning law?

Lady Grace,

The decisions are far easier for Marian Trieste's favorite group of green shirts.

She buys them pizza and other goodies and they do as she says. Too many letters on that board. All you need is four.

G,R,E, D

Is it true that each direction starts out with, "We can all make more money if........"

This whole situation use to be green greed.

Now that we have found out that they are not green all is left if greeeeeed!

GREED

Neither Chandler nor Trieste are well known.

I believe the pro wind should hold a reception for them and let them explain why CV should become a wind farm.

Trieste should take a page out of the union activist’s play book.

With the Democratic National Convention kicking off tomorrow, union activists are embracing the occasion -- literally -- and making an effort to show labor's loving side at the union's "Hug-A-Thug" booth during Carolina Fest.

Trieste could open a
HUG A WIND THUG booth

I take it that 5:19 PM hates unions? I take it that you are one of those Repubicans that would reopen Letchworth in NY for all the undesireables so you could have someone to test vaccines on.
Or are you one of those whiny asses that I have had to stand behind at the post office that complain when they spend 2 cents more for a stamp. This town has just as many jerks that are Republican as well as Democrat. And no, I am not a Democrat.
