Is there more to this very important letter?
Did the town board have lease holders serving at the time this was delivered to the board?
Your town needs a complete legal review of the history of the developer process thus far.

That complete legal review was presented in detail to the NY AG Cuomo's top staff in 2010 up to that point.

That resulted in an investigation of the Cape Vincent govt starting in Aug. 2010.

That investigation is now over 2 years old and nothing has happened. It mysteriously evaporated.

Cuomo, current AG Schneiderman, and the AG office are incompetent and negligent.

And one of the principals that should have been investigated was former NY sen. Aubertine. Instead after voters removed him over his wind ethics lapses...Cuomo appoints him as his at Commissioner.

Cuomo is protecting Aubertine who he and his family now holds wind leases from BP who lobbied for the release of the Pan Am 103 Lockerbie bomber back to Libya for 900 mil in oil drilling deals in Libya.

That murderer that BP encourage the release of,and admitted to it killed 189 Americans... and 35 Syracuse U. students going to school in NYS.

I guess this is how Cuomo and Aubertine intend to honor those lost lives of those Syracuse U students and other Americans? Cuomo is a man that will probably run for Pres. Is this how he intends to deal with terrorism and the protection of American citizens by protecting people with BP financial deals and passing legislation like Article X that will fast track BP's wind deals by removing American citizen's rights to home rule in their communities?

Some of the town CV town officers targeted in Cuomo's CV investigation had conflicts with BP. And he and Schneiderman refuse to complete that investigation.

It appears that the Bp information spread locally through their leaseholders was nothing more that what they could get away with.
Were their local spokesmen doing nothing more but spouting the corporate line. After all, they had people holding leases working RIGHT IN THE TOWN GOVERNMENT.
My sincere thanks to all those that hung in there and brought us the truth about damaging effects of wind turbines. We stand to lose a lot.
