September 17, 2012 Bp Alternative energy submitted an application to pursue their proposed Cape Vincent Wind farm project under an Article 10 Process.
As part of this process they are required to submit a Public involvement Plan (PIP). In their PIP, as an example of their prior community involvement BP included news letters that they sent to their leaseholders and letters sent by Acciona’s project developer (Tim Conboy) to their lease holders.
This actually demonstrates their lack of involvement with our community at large.
