To give BP's Cape Vincent Wind Farm credibility Project developer Richard Chandler is...

Back in February of last year BP wind energy purchased the rights to Acciona's St. Lawrence wind farm and have combined the Cape Vincent Wind farm with the St. Lawrence Wind farm , touting it as a "new and improved" wind farm.

Regarding BP's "truthiness," this quote from today's New York Times:

"The company initially tried to cover up the severity of the spill, misleading both Congress and investors about how quickly oil was leaking from the runaway well, according to the settlement and related charges."

If BP mislead (mislead is a euphemism for lied) Federal lawmakers and investors, then can anyone who lives in Cape Vincent be so naive as to believe anything that comes out of the mouth of Richard Chandler, BP's Cape Vincent project manager?

If BP admitted lying to Congress, should we believe BP when they say property values won't be devalued in Cape Vincent?

If BP admitted lying to Congress, should we believe BP when they say wind turbine noise is NOT a problem and our zoning law is too restrictive?

If BP admitted lying to Congress, should we believe BP when they say it is okay to put their turbines closer to roads, homes and schools than our zoning law stipulates?

If BP admitted lying to Congress, should we believe BP when they publicize how much money we will receive?

BP has admitted to criminal negligence and lying to Congress, investors, and no doubt, to Justice Department investigators. Take heed Mr. Chandler, my mama always told me, "Watch yourself Junior, you will be judged by the company you keep."

Information like this would never have reached the citizens of Lyme and Cape Vincent if the bloggers had not brought us the truth.

If voters for wind repeat what Bp tells them and it turns out not true. Are they liable?

Anon 1:01 "Are they liable"?

Who knows if they're liable, but for certain they are gullible, malleable, stupid, and most surely of all-greedy.
