Article 10's ~ unbalanced playing field ...

Last night BP held the required Article 10, information workshop. BP Lawyer John Harris was on hand to read a prepared script about the procedural aspects of Article 10, but not to have an open dialog or to answer questions.
BP Lawyer J. Harris
I taped last night’s event and am preparing short video clips of some of the highlights.  link here to read the great summary done by Jefferson’s Leaning Left  .

Cape Vincent Town councilman Clif Schneider told BP lawyer John Harris,   that an issue that should be identified is that BP has an unfair advantage over our community.
Clif Schneider said that he assumed that BP and their attorney John Harris have had access to entities involved in the article 10 decision making process, giving them an unfair advantage when it comes to determining the decision about the Cape Vincent wind farm.

Harris did not deny this; as a matter of fact he justified this access as a requirement of Article 10, for them to interact.
