Please join American Energy Alliance President Thomas Pyle and other coalition leaders to discuss the wind Production Tax Credit (PTC), which is scheduled to expire under existing law at the end of this year.  In recent months, a broad coalition of free market organizations has exposed the flaws of this 20 year-old subsidy for Big Wind. As Congress considers ways to cut federal spending and avoid the so-called fiscal cliff, the coalition will mobilize in a 48 hour coordinated effort to enlist 48,000 grassroots activists to join the fight for fiscal sanity by ending the wind PTC.
There will be a question and answer session for credentialed reporters. Congressional staffers are encouraged to attend.
