Cape Vincent, Lyme leaders mull ad-hoc committee on wind-farm siting

CAPE VINCENT — Local leaders might team up to send their best candidates to the state Article X ad hoc siting committee, which will weigh in on BP’s Cape Vincent wind project application.

“It will be a collaborative effort to agree upon the same four people,” town of Cape Vincent Supervisor Urban C. Hirschey said. “We’ve got a lot of capable people in the community who are willing to step up to the plate.” [Watertown Times]
