POTSDAM — Governor Andrew M. Cuomo gave his blessing to a raise in the St. Lawrence County sales tax, but only if it is both requested by the county and supported by the state legislature.

What a patronizing arrogant position to take on Home rule. This State better wake up before Andrew Cuomo crowns himself King.
Why should we need his blessing? Is he the pope?
A dangerous man with a stranglehold on power,and a greedy hunger for more.
