Another piece of paper from BP that provides no new real information and gives no more precise information about the location of the proposed turbines.
They didn't post the shape files themselves. Probably didn't want us dumb hicks to stumble across how to reproduce the GIS maps. Dudley and BP are always trying to obscure, withhold and deny information. I think it is corporate policy.
