I know the SLAPP suit against you and JLL has been a hot topic followed by legal groups around the US. You and JLL are now part of very important first amendment case law. Another victory for democracy.
In spite of their assertions to the contrary, this was BP's SLAPP suit designed to muffle the blogs and once again BP failed ending up with oil on their face. Congrats to Pandora and JLL, you beat Big Oil and Big Wind and defended our little town. We owe you Big Time!
