Part time jobs. They stick around for the construction then like carnival workers they put there money in a suitcase and take it to the next place. We get stuck with 10 or so jobs and an energy dump for downstate poser.

If you want to heal the community, politely ask Richard Chandler and Marion Trieste to go home. Or the other way is to support the Republican members of the town board who are diligently working to protect our right to home municipal laws that if obeyed will make it impossible for Dickie and Maz to ruin our town anymore than they already have.
This might be a good discussion for the CFG. You see, it might be easier to drive out Bp than your apparent plan to drive out all the part time residents and the full time residents who support them

I am a seasonal resident and I plan on spending my summer letting every seasonal resident I know exactly how Mr. Fixit feels about summer residents.

Chandler reminds me of when as kids we would compete to see who could manufacture the dumbest looking face, or make up the dumbest phrases.
Difference is we were kids playing with nothing at stake except a good laugh.
Chandler is playing with real peoples lives and worlds at stake.
