What a frigging joke, Chandler. You start by assuming that Clayton knows little about your CV project and then you gave little. Damn little. And, there are times in government that warrant the audience questions. Taylor should have done exactly that instead of telling people to drive up to the Cape to ask. Yes, damn little and then you brag about your PIP which is nothing but information provided to your brainwashed leaseholders by a community outreach person who made a mess of our neighboring community.

At no time did Chandler get down to the nitty gritty.

He did not say, "I am Richard Chandler. I will violate the home rules of Cape Vincent, Lyme, and Clayton. I am here tonight to check a box in the Article 10 siting process and frankly, I don't give a shit what your board or your residents think about what Bee Pee is about to do to you all. Thank you, Justin Taylor, for helping me with that by keeping the mouths shut of those attending your town meeting"

Chandler's answer to the gentleman's question "would a consensus that there is a negative visual impact affect your project" was telling.

BP continues to display complete disregard to the expressed concerns and opposition to their project. To say publicly that they don't recognize a consensus that there will be a negative visual impact ,rather they believe there is widespread support for the project is blatant fraud, and misrepresentation of reality.

Hopefully the Clayton officials are more perceptive than Chandler gives them credit for.

Mr. Taylor is very friendly to big foreign industrial wind. He also has not been all that nice to our Cape neighbors or to our residents who will suffer severe home value losses as a result of the Cape turbines. But perhaps that will change after being introduced to the ways of Chandler.

I wish the video showed Maz and gived them a taste of her pablem feeding.

There are 867 households in the Town of Cape Vincent. Chandler claims 150 leases. But that includes good neighbors. They won't give the information because it appears they have something to hide. So that means roughly 20%.

Taylor made it perfectly clear the meeting in Clayton was not his idea, nor was it going to be a forum for complaining about BP's project.

I imagine Jenny coached him on how to act so as not to insult Chandler in public.

Good job Taylor and Clayton officials.
