Poor Cape Vincent. It is one thing to deal with a corrupted government that sort of slips in unnoticed. But for bad ethics to be blatantly promoted such as this is wrong.
You are becoming recognized around the State as a community with problems that must be addressed at a higher level for the benefit of helping NY deal with corruption. I hope the Governor is paying attention to his Commissioner of Agriculture and Markets. It is not only your right to speak out against bad government it is your duty to do so and protect our region.
