"WE SAY WHAT IS TRUE WE DO WHAT IS RIGHT"

Recently, Cape Vincent Article 10 Advisory Committee Attorney, Paul Curtin, sent a letter to the New York State Public Service commission regarding an incident that occurred at a British Petroleum open house, it was noted by Mr. Curtin Representatives of the Town of Cape Vincent were verbally assaulted and treated in a disrespectful and rude fashion by supporters of the proposed project. I am also advised that during the course of these unfortunate outbursts, you took no action to intervene or redirect the offending individuals to act in an otherwise civil and civilized fashion. My concern is that by your silence, you appear to condone that sort of behavior.

Bp claims to have high ethical standards and a code of conduct that defines the standards that those in their employ must adhere to. Mr. Chandler’s conduct does not reflect the spirit of BP’s purported ethical standards.

The following was taken from BP's code of conduct ~
BP's code of conduct may not be worth the paper it is written on

Voter for Wind members of the CV town board long ago called a New York State AG's code of conduct a waste of time.

The CFG is attempting to put candidates in office who will most likely ignore codes of conduct in favor of Bp's attitude toward our community.

So much information and so little time. But you manage to bring it all to the Gatekeepers of the Thousand Islands.

Are Trieste and Chandler looking for other work?

It begins with compliance with laws and regulations???

They can't be serious!

They will comply all right, right up to the point they can lobby $$$ a politician to pass a law like Article 10 that removes home rule and those laws so they don't actually have to comply!

In the meantime, do what you can to protect the Thousand Islands. You have already thrown in the towel and the Bp application and the expert battles have yet begun. From what I am hearing the heart of the Thousand Islands are coming alive at a time when two or three people are saying, don't bother.

9:07 AG cuomo's code of conduct was a waste of time. He never followed through with any enforcement, because he knew once he was governor he intended to enact the New York Power Act, which would make all local conflicts of interest meaningless. He is a supreme manipulator, and the good citizens of New York will pay the price for giving him the power of the governors office.

Bob Dudley and BP's Code of Conduct is what we used to call, "Just a bunch of happy-ass bullshit." No wonder Chandler sat at his Open House like a bump on a log, because that is what he is.

I think a cape counsel guy already called it "bullshit".
Pro-wind had to plug their ears because in little Appalachia they don't swear.
