What pay to play in New York politics? Hard to believe, huh?

Maybe the take-home message from this story is for all the communities that are threatened by big wind to take up a collection in order to send a check for $75,000 to Gov. Cuomo and ask him to repeal Article 10, enforce the Code of Conduct or dump big wind. That seems to be the figure he needs to get the job done.
