Strange. The US Department of Defense has the authority to block any wind farm development that could reasonably jeopardize the safety of military aviation. But under intense pressure from the wind lobby and elements within the Administration, the Defense Department has been very reluctant to pose objections. Good thing we can count on Ducks Unlimited to take care of the matter -- along with some New York State taxpayer dollars.

Lets get back to the nature trails between the three villages. This would be a great, instead on riding along the roads. Pat Taylor for years tried to get these build, but no one would listen to her or her husband. Think of the it an off the road nature trail between Clayton and the Cape. It would be a fantastic idea. Instead of riding to the light house every night you could go to Clayton on a daily excursion.

Get real, first of all the trail from Chaumont would only go to Depauville, which is in the "Town" of Clayton not the village

A daily excursion to Depauville is hardly worth several millions of dollars necessary to develop a trail. Unless you know something about Depauville that the rest of the world doesn't.

You must have a lease with the wind company 8:12 PM. Is that why you are against it.
