"Unless something changes on a number of fronts, there is a high likelihood that the proposed wind project in Cape Vincent will die a slow and quiet death, starved by a doomed federal subsidy, a steep increase in the availability of natural gas and a regional electrical distribution system that is not prepared to accept generation from far-flung places like Galloo Island and Cape Vincent.

I am so glad someone is paying attention to all that is written in the Watertown Daily Times. Like so many things in life, sometimes you have to look and work a little harder to pick out the seed from the chaff, like a Chickadee at my feeder.
How much more bullshit would Mr. White and the WDT expect our community to take from pro wind thugs?
The article was his way of saying that his previous article was way way off base. Give us a break Perry. BP was driven out of Cape Vincent by local opposition. The defeat of BP in the Cape will have a profound impact on what happens in other towns in this area. The Cape project has been followed daily from around the globe. Don't you think that others have learned a considerable amount as to how to defeat big wind? The Cape project taught the PSC a considerable amount about the ARTICLE 10 law and revealed some of it's flaws. I bet you will see some changes to ART 10 when the dust settles. So, can you give one more article that tells it like it really is?
