Avangrid ~ formerly known as (Iberdrola) aims to take advantage of PTC extension

Avangrid – the recently launched, Iberdrola-backed US utility – will bring 746MW of new wind capacity online by the end of 2017, and build out as much of its 5.9GW pipeline or projects as possible under the newly-extended production tax credit (PTC), executives said Tuesday.
