This revelation should leave everyone with a great deal of skepticism about how fair and objective the NY bureaucracy will be with the ART10 process. If one delves into the case further ,they will find numerous references to law firms associated with wind developers, who have shown less than ethical character, dealing with local communities. The scam is in play folks, and we (the citizens) are the mark.
