Supervisors ask JCIDA to revise policy to increase accountability

I support the premise of their argument, but this group of town supervisors could do their cause a great service if they also petitioned the Assoc. of Towns to protest the pre-emption of local laws feature of ART 10, and force a repeal. If their local laws had autonomy they could zone out or prohibit industrial turbines, and make the PILOT issue a non-factor.
