The comments of the New York Audubon Society are welcome support for efforts to keep this project out of northern Jefferson County. It was therefore disturbing not to find the August 3 letter posted on the PSC site. I emailed the Public Relations office of the Audubon Society, alerting them to that fact and suggested a re-submission of the letter electronically. Late in the day, on Monday, August 21 the PSC Horse Creek site added a comment of a Jillan Liner. It is the missing letter of the Audubon Society. It bears an internal receipt stamp of 8/21/2017 3:41PM. The name of the organisation "New York Audubon Society" has been omitted. The Audubon Society is not a party to the project and may not deserve the careful consideration of submitted documents, but there are a number of submissions under comments that identify the organisation, such as architects and realtors. The delay in posting the comment and the failure to identify the sender is troubling.
