Retroactive Wind Welfare?

An energy security group told The Hill on Friday that it does not expect the one-year wind credit extension it has supported to make it into a “fiscal cliff” deal.
The Truman National Security Project's Operation Free campaign is preparing to fight for a retroactive extension to the credit next Congress.

There is a much greater understanding among members of Congress today, than was the case in earlier years, the Big Wind isn't getting the job done.

Disfavor of industrial wind around the world is in a downward spiral which cannot be stopped. Like others I once supported it. But, live and learn.
