Be about as useful as a snow plow in summer. You'll get as much response as a yawn at a wake. September 11, 2011 there was an attack in NYC. Remember? Before anyone could do a full forensics investigation, Rudolph Giulianni's trash company had already hauled off the debris. Building 7 was brought down at the same time in a controlled demolition. That all takes planning. So, what sort of plans do you think they have for Cape Vincent? They do what they want, and the Mason scumbags and others sold the town out a long time ago. Once Albany was invited in, the project was in the bag. No lease? Lotsa luck. Lotsa luck even if you have one. Yeah, hey Cuomo, if your phone doesn't ring it's me.
