The appetite for wind turbines in Cape Vincent seems to be around 4% of the population. Give or take one or two tenths.

The town's own attorneys threaten to sue the county if they get fired. When Mason demanded to see the law regarding COI, they showed it to him. I read the same law online for free. I even have it on file as a PDF. Wanna see it? I'll only charge you $35,000. Seriously, Mason cost the town over $70,000 to have the same question answered by WOH and Gebo. It's also an example of how a supposed "town leader" is so ignorant as to the use of a computer. Doesn't town hall have a PC? That little game should have bee reason enough to fire the scumbags. I wonder how the school feels to know Mason wasted over $70,000 to have an question answered anyone with a PC could have found. By the way, I also run 7 of my own comouters and run Linux as my primary operating system. To those who know Linux, they also know it's free to everyone. Including all the software you need.
