NEW 7-5-12 Zoning Law - Town Board Draft & Appendices

Town Board's Draft Zoning Law - On July 5, 2012 the Cape Vincent Town Board accepted the Zoning Law Committee's final report. This new draft of the Town Board includes a number of changes made by the committee in response to public comment. The public is again encouraged to review this new draft zoning law and attend the public hearing to receive comments on Saturday, July 21 between the hours of 2:00 PM-5:00 PM at the Cape Vincent Community House (Village Office). On Monday and Tuesday July 23-24 the Town Board will review the comments at the Town Office.
