BP intends to make their mark on our community

Note these maps have not been updated to include any of the turbines from the St. Lawrence wind project...

What a horrible, horrible thing to do to our community.
Is there a lot size requirement to be included in the non-participating land owner sections? I notice they missed several on county route 4, including mine.
Did BP read the 2003 comprehensive plan for Cape Vincent? If so, then how did they justify their carpet-bombing turbine plan for Cape Vincent? One hundred and twenty five 40-story building equivalents for a community that said it wanted to maintain its small town atmosphere. This wasn't a plan, it was an illegitimate wind rape of our small town.
They missed mine, too.
