QUESTIONS & ANSWERS WITH BP PROJECT DEVELOPER CHANDLER
An Article X workshop was held by BP Wind Energy January 23, 2013 After a powerpoint presentation the hosts allowed those attending to ask questions.
Below are two videos. One is the complete Q& A session with BP's Project Developer Richard Chandler . The second video is of Richard Chandler being asked if BP had any level of involvement in two lawsuits . One against the town of Lyme and the second one against two local bloggers.

Ha Ha Ha...they know nothing about the law suits...Yuk Yuk
It is very likely that Trieste has discussed the lawsuits with her voter for wind. Comments had come into the blogs from voters for wind who bragged about Bp having a lot of very powerful lawyers. Certainly, it is very likely that the plaintiffs all feel that Trieste and Bp approve of the legal actions. I doubt the voter for wind spokespeople who filed the frivolous and punitive suit against the bloggers would have done so without approval. Their testimony on Bp association will be very interesting. It will also be very interesting to find out from the commenters they track down what they really know and have yet put out to the public. It is very possible voters for wind have a whistle blower with a lot to tell and itching to get in on the civil rights complaints. To me this lawsuit smacks at violations of civil rights as the voters for wind continue to denigrate seasonals and outsiders.
Trieste and BP said that they had nothing to do with any lawsuits against the blogs. If they are lying I'm sure the courts will have a harsh decision to turn against them. The courts have the last say and you know that. I don't think BP can pay off NY State judges for any different outcomes.
These two jokers must think we are a group of morons. Anyone with a brain can see right through their denials. I hope they really don't expect us to believe that they had no part in these lawsuits, both with planning and financing them.
Don't insult our intelligence like that!
