I believe and it is my opinion that the any objections by Voters for Wind to the Town of Cape Vincent Wind Turbine Impact Economic Report was fraudulent. The Voter for Wind spokesperson claimed at a town meeting that they, Voters for Wind, did their own study and this is what they came up with. I believed the study was prepared by Bp and Trieste and put in the hands of their local group of Voters for Wind who did nothing much more than stand up for them at the town meetings.
