In December, Everpower sued both the Town of
Allegany and the Allegany Planning Board, claiming the board's request for a
supplemental review of noise impacts, in light of the wind power company's
request to use larger turbine blades, was arbitrary.

The judge cited "Everpower’s conduct as willfully obstinate."
If ever a developer was "willfully obstinate" it is BP Wind.
The motto of BP Wind should be a phrase that the author of this blog would be too polite to print.
Bee Pee's chart was a joke. Notice on it that Bee Pee is not getting away with meeting with all groups alone and letting secret deals go down without the town and village knowing. Mr. H. is doing a good job making sure of that.
