BP Wind Sale Piques interest

BP Alternative Energy has launched a self run sale of its U.S. wind platform despite a tough environment . Wind players say that divesting a platform right now is challenging as longer - term development prospects in the U.S. are unclear. The sale comprises 1.6 GW that includes stakes in a 2.6 GW fleet, BP's wind development pipeline and team.[Power Intelligence]

So now after Bp's Marion Trieste has started a social war in Cape Vincent Bp wants to sell us off.
Oh well the Cape was settled as a result of being the spoils of war. James Le Ray De Chaumont's father donated some money to the US government for the War of 1812 and the Revolutionary War. So he came to get the land as repayment for the debt. He bought up most of the land and sold it off to the French Immigrants.
And in an interesting twist DA, HW, and GK's CFFG want to "take back the Cape" from its citizens and give it to the British oil giant to enhance their sale. This is an important election year and we should work hard to keep the Bp hessians out of office until Bp is driven away.

This election year, please tell Darrell Aubertine, Harold Wiley of the Democratic Party and Garry King of the Citizens for Fair Government party that Cape Vincent is not for sale.

Prediction

Bee Pee will say to the PSC. "Hey fellows, we really don't give a s*@t about industrial wind anyway, and that Cape thing is a losing deal and a pain in the ass. How about we drop the whole thing and you let us in on the New York State shale action when it gets released."

Wouldn't this be the perfect time for the people of Little Appalachia to come down off their porches and organize a pig roast so they could buy out the Bp Cape wind farm? I know where they can hire a community organizer to show them how to print the tickets and make the flyers. As for me, when they seal the deal I plan on buying Carmen's and putting in a Starbucks. Warning: the Coffee is hot and the wind might blow the foam off your latte.
