Robert D. Gorman, managing editor of the Watertown Daily Times, has announced his retirement, effective June 14.
Mr. Gorman, 62, a native of Detroit, Mich., began his professional career at the Georgetown (S.C.) Times in 1974. After 20 years as a reporter and editor at South Carolina newspapers, he was named assistant managing editor-news for the Watertown Daily Times in 1994 and managing editor in 2001.[Watertown Times]

Many years ago Bob wrote an opinion that there would always be a shadow of doubt cast over Cape Vincent wind development because of the conflicts of interest.
