NOTICE OF DEADLINE TO COMMENT
ON PRELIMINARY SCOPING STATEMENT
(Issued April 10, 2013)
TAKE NOTICE that on March 29, 2013, a Preliminary
Scoping Statement was filed in this proceeding by the Applicant,
Cape Vincent Wind Power, LLC. Pursuant to the Siting Board
rules at 16 NYCRR, Section 1000.5(g), any person, agency or
municipality may submit comments on the Preliminary Scoping
Statement by serving such comments on the Applicant and filing
a
copy with the Secretary on or before Friday, April 19, 2013
(within 21 days after the filing of the Preliminary Scoping
Statement). The primary purpose of such submissions is to
comment on the sufficiency of the Preliminary Scoping
Statement
and the description therein of the proposed studies or
program
of studies designed to evaluate potential environmental and
health impacts that the applicant intends to include in its
application for an Article 10 certificate.
