The DEC has been waiting for over 8 months for Cape Vincent Wind Farm project layout maps

 Apparently BP’s arrogance is non-discriminatory  

  The comment below was among those submitted by the DEC in response to BP’s Preliminary Scoping Statement.  The DEC staff made a request over 8 months ago for project layout maps in relation to habitat locations of species that may be endangered , threatened or of Special Concern and BP continues to ignore their request.

"The DEC is still waiting for maps from CVWP depicting the total Project  layout in relation to know locations and associated habitat of E/T/SC species  that was promised to agency personnel at a meeting in Lowville, NY on July  17, 2012 and as recently as on a telephoneconference on February 2, 2013." (p.25)
