FAA Strikes Down Wind Turbines


The Federal Aviation Administration has struck down proposed industrial wind turbines for the Town of Litchfield.
The FAA says the structures would present a hazard to air traffic safety.

We are going to have to learn what went into this decision.

Closer to home we have Watertown Airport, the Army airfield at Fort Drum, likely increased drone training/activity at Fort Drum and the real possibility of an anti-missile missile base at the Fort.

Some radar implications here wouldn't you think? It's time for some people to talk to Congressman Owens and Sen. Schumer about the big picture.

Would they want to see some real economic development activity pushed away and drawn to another area outside NY because of some harebrained intermittently generating wind farm that will make jobs for one construction season?
