    Good history to remind those that still believe "the wind issue is settled since it went to Article 10". Seems like many local citizens do not understand that BP has not gone away. We all need a little reminder to stay focused and VERY aware of every move by BP.

    Where else would a reader get a convenient listing of related articles? People are still getting caught up on the most significant Thousand Island event since they roasted St. Lawrence on a grill. Cape Vincent is being roasted and many people have no sense of smell.

    What the author is presenting here is information. And for many who understand that, it is very valuable. I know it was for me.

    So what is the point of your comment other than to hold the Bp line and mock the author's provision of information.
