Pandora, a beautiful sight. Unfortunately those of us who view the river from Cedar Point westward no longer get to enjoy such a pristine sight. Our sunsets are horribly marred by the industrial blight of the Wolfe Island wind turbines.
I hope those who enjoy this view you present are conscious of their good fortune.
Anon 7:12, you remind me of a visit I had with a Cape resident who lived along the river. She told me they arranged their deck chairs so they no longer faced west; no longer watched the sunset. What a shame and what a legacy for supposed progress. Some very simple pleasures of life, when lost, make us more fully appreciate that some times little things are invaluable.
