Twisting in the wind: JCIDA policy would cut communities out of major decisions

Officials of the Jefferson County Industrial Development Agency should have the best interests of local municipal governments in mind when selecting which projects to endorse.

But it’s become apparent that some members of the agency’s board of directors are concerned only with feathering their own nest.
