Apex Clean Energy announced Wednesday it is purchasing the "development assets" for the project from Hudson Energy, the current developer. Link here to Apex Galloo Island Website
Apex probably got this for peanuts. Because that is what it is worth. But we have seen that wind developers have a tendency to be block-headed -- thinking they can barge ahead with a project that is emphatically unwanted. You would think they would know better.

What does this mean for Horse creek?
