Ohio facing lawsuit over wind turbine legislation

According to the civil suit filed in the Paulding County Clerk of Courts Office on Tuesday, three landowners and the Mid-Atlantic Renewable Energy Coalition (MAREC), which is made up green energy companies in this part of the United States, are suing Ohio saying the new regulations passed to increase the setback for wind turbines was unconstitutional.
