The New York State Sierra Club Atlantic Chapter in support of incidental take permits for construction and operation of industrial wind turbine projects in New York State also a hired expert by the name of Hans Hyde from Lockport, paid by Heritage Wind LLC/Apex Clean Energy is also a supporter of incidental take permits to kill endangered, threatened, migratory, and state and federal protected birds a year without being prosecuted in a court of law. That’s the kind of green energy we need in our area.
I live in the town of Barre. we are between two Great Lakes, Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. Wet lands and a wildlife preserve in the town of Alabama. Also, this is the North Atlantic fly-way for migratory birds every fall and spring.
Here are the two permits needed in the State of New York, permit number one, 6nycrr part 182 and permit number two, ecl article 11-0535.
