Trump Covers his Water, but not his face

Below is a screenshot from a news conference yesterday where Trump announced he is taking Hydroxychloroquine to prevent COVID19.

The irony here is he dosen't wear a face cover, but he covers his water.

The approval process is now under Article 10 of the Public Service Law. The case number is 15-F-0327 and the matter # is 15-01278.
