Letter Opposing BP's Cape Vincent Wind Project

I oppose this project on the basis of Home Rule enacted by the Town of Cape Vincent and a majority of its taxpaying citizens opposition towards this project, and any like it.  The area of the development should be a National Heritage area, and certainly niy defiled by an industrial complex not consistent with the comprehensive and land planning use of the Town of Cape Vincent.  There is sufficient data and studies to further support this development in close proximity to the Village and landowners can cause irreparable harm to health and financial well-being of the inhabitants encroached upon.
