The idea of having a developer explain the Art. X process to the community is inherently conflicted.  Learning the ropes from a known adversary is obviously not smart. Please send a PSC personnel to explain the Intervenor funding and other details of Art. X.

I personally will not be attending BP's next salepitch/ interpetation of Art. X on the 6 of Dec. I went to their last one "Open house" and consider it to have been of no informational benefit and, in short, a waste of my time.
