The wind developer only counts a complaint if it goes though complete resolution. A nearly impossible hurdle controlled by the developer. Remember when Richard Edsall and his PB "encouraged" Cape Vincent to put noise resolution into the hands of the developer?

Remember when Hessler was in town and made fun of "few people who complained". "Some people are just like that", he said much to the delight of the green shirts. Hey, some people have cancer, too.

Not revelant to your post but this from congress.

Senate Republicans took the floor on Wednesday, launching an historic filibuster in an attempt to extract an answer from the White House to a simple question: Does the administration believe it has the legal authority to kill an American citizen on American soil with a drone strike?

WTF? SINCE WHEN WAS IT DEMOCRATS WHO LAUNCE AN ATTACK ON OUR CIVIL LIBERTYS?

GUN RIGHTS?
HOME RULE?
VOTE ON LOCAL PILOT?
ILLEGAL VOTING ID IN CV?
STOMPING ON LOCAL LAND USE?

F#*ING DEMS HAVE BECOME FASCHIST
