What I found was a document crafted to deliberately
obfuscate, stonewall and to avoid properly addressing any of the issues presented concerning their Preliminary
Scoping Statement in any substantive way.
BP’s arrogance and disdain for our community and
the agencies that have made comments and recommendations to their Preliminary Scoping Statement is remarkable and I find I am left with only
one thought borrowed from a frequent commenter on this blog.
Every time I think about BP’s Summary of Comments a little vomit
rises into my throat…

BB's responses are a truly remarkable display of nothingness.
They delivered a wheelbarrow of paper - almost 400 pages.
But of the several hundred questions put to them by the state agencies and the towns, they answered almost none of them.
We have come to understand that BP has nothing to gain by being candid and offering full disclosure, but you would think they would have a little pride!
Nope.
" being candid and offering full disclosure, but you would think they would have a little pride!"
Good point 7:24
But the Cape has a further complication. Over many years a community organizer has brain washed or perhaps even bribed many Cape residents to BP's way of thinking. I think they are even convinced that they should take our town back from the town officials so they can give it back to BP. They also have many convinced that wind is done and over and they can step in and heal the community now.
In November we wil have a choice: Voters for Wind and BP or a Cape Vincent run by its citizens.
Every time Pandora steals my vomit line my lips form a little smile.
